PRAYER GROUP TO CONTINUE DURING SUMMER MONTHS; VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR 2013-14 FIRST FRIDAYS ADORATION

Dr. Kurt and Donna O’Brien have graciously offered to host the Parents Prayer group at their home during the summer. They will begin having this at their home on Tuesdays (beginning May 28) at 9am.  Students are also welcome to attend! Mrs. O’Brien can be reached by email at dobrienrn@cox.net

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR 2013-14 FIRST FRIDAYS ADORATION

As we prepare next year’s calendar, we are interested in your participation in some of our ministry opportunities on campus.  Each month, on the first Friday of that month (or the first available Friday), we have Adoration for all of our students in the school’s Chapel from 7:30 am – 2:30 pm. In order to ensure that the Eucharist is never unattended, we organize a schedule of volunteer parents to sign up for 1 hour of Adoration throughout the day. The volunteer is responsible for arriving on campus 5 minutes before your hour begins, checking in at the high school Front Office, and praying in the Chapel for your time slot. We are trying to compile our Adoration contact list for next year. Adoration Fridays fall on the following dates:

August 16th

September 6th

October 4th

November 1st

December 6th

January 10th

February 7th

March 14th

April 4th

May 2nd

Please email our Campus Minister, Erin Thomas at ethomas@chspanthers.com, if you are interested in contributing to this ministry. You will be placed on our contact list and our Adoration coordinator will be in touch with you throughout the year.
