This program has a limited amount of spots available. The application is extensive and is due on February 22, 2018, to the AHEC coordinator Mrs. Charlene Broussard RN, at 618 Recreation Drive, New Iberia, LA. 70560. Her telephone number is 337-519-0818 if you have questions.

CHS students have always made an impression on the selection committee. If interested, print your application today and begin the process. The DEADLINE is February 22nd to Mrs. Charlene Broussard as mentioned above. Please note this. We are not collecting this application. You must return it completed to Mrs. Broussard by February 22. It must reach her by that date. This is a very competitive program. Please follow the TIPS Guidelines enclosed with the application to help you complete it correctly.

You will need a transcript. You will need 4 teacher recommendation forms to reach Mrs. Broussard on your behalf before the February 22 deadline. Please give those out now so teachers will have plenty of time to fill them out.  Ask the teachers to let you know when they have mailed them. Give them an envelope with a stamp addressed to Mrs. Broussard to make it even more convenient for them to do the form for you.
