2018 Scheduling Process Ready to Begin
ONLINE SCHEDULING BEGINS MARCH 5, 2018
We are excited to announce that course requests for students will begin in March. This year, we are making a concerted effort to cut the paper trail and make the process easy for parents: course requests will be completed online. Mr. Guilbeau will visit classrooms during the last week of February to explain the process and share information on new courses we plan to offer for the 2018-2019 school year.
Beginning March 5th, all students not enrolled for the 2018-2019 school year will be blocked from RenWeb for 4 days to allow those who are enrolled to make their course requests. This is necessary for us to gain a true picture of the number of requests for each course.
Please be sure to complete your child’s enrollment before this date to ensure his/her placement for next year! We cannot guarantee honors class placement or elective selection for students who are not enrolled for the upcoming year.
The deadline to submit your Parish Subsidy form for the 2018-2019 school year was Wednesday, January 31, 2018. At the request of our owner pastors, whose offices have needed a little more time in processing forms than anticipated, we will accept them until Wednesday, February 14, 2018. That’s right, Valentine’s Day!
Please do not delay in submitting your form to your owner pastors as soon as possible if you wish to apply for this credit. They must have time to process it so it can be returned to the school.
