Each year, Catholic High recognizes one student from each of grades 5, 8, and 12 as Student of the Year. The Student of the Year Program is sponsored by the Louisiana State Department of Education.  It strives to recognize students who have demonstrated excellent academic achievement, leadership ability, and citizenship. The students we recognized at Mass last week have received the top votes from their teachers and will proceed to the next phase of the competition.
